I ordered my wedding ring from COI Jewelry (www.coijewelry.com) on 25th April 2016 and they said it would take 10-14 business days to process (2-3 weeks real time). I even paid extra for FedEX shipping, which supposedly takes 2-3 days.
14 business days later, they said they would be delayed by another week due to “quality control” issues, and they had to send it back for polishing. So they said it would ship by the 24th May.
Today is the 24th of May, and they AGAIN delayed, saying that it would ship on the 30th. This is unacceptable, and I fear they might delay it yet again on the 30th, and who knows how long shipping will take.
I scoured the internet for COI Jewelry (yes I should have done this much earlier, lesson learnt), and was unpleasantly presented with loads of other customer complaints about COI Jewelry. Samples:

Lesson learnt: DO NOT BUY FROM COI JEWELRY!
